- Break up Bananas and put into blender. Then add Ice
- Add in Silk Milk unsweetened, Vanilla (if Vanilla is not your thing use other options to substitute)
- Blend on high and enjoy.
Notes: Its sweet, but not too sweet. There’s a light taste of avocado and banana with sweetness all in one. I think the apple definitely makes up for the sweetness. Its something the whole family can enjoy.
