Banana Avocado Apple Smoothie by Samantha M

  1. Break up Bananas and put into blender. Then add Ice
  2. Add in Silk Milk unsweetened, Vanilla (if Vanilla is not your thing use other options to substitute)
  3. Blend on high and enjoy.

Notes: Its sweet, but not too sweet. There’s a light taste of avocado and banana with sweetness all in one. I think the apple definitely makes up for the sweetness. Its something the whole family can enjoy.
